On arrival you will find a large living room with a stone fireplace, leather sofa and an entertainment area with a piano and record player. The sizeable rear kitchen has a modern design with a breakfast bar island, dining table and modern facilities. There is also a full equipped utility room and a handy WC. This home has the comfort of a sizeable back garden, lined with trees for extra privacy so children can play safely and enjoy the fresh outdoors. There are apple trees at the bottom of the garden, filling the air with a sweet aroma. If guests should wish to dine al fresco, convenient garden furniture and a barbecue is provided.
Upstairs on the first floor is a rear kids room with a raised single bed and extra single mattress – perfect for two children. Located adjacent is the family bathroom, fitted with a walk-in shower. The second kids room has two toddler beds (for children of maximum age 5). The third room is primarily used for storage, however it offers a double sofa bed to accommodate two guests. On the next level up you will find the functional master bedroom with its double bed and original fireplace. There is a handy bathroom on this level, with an alcove bath.
