This property is a great choice for visitors coming to London at any time of year. This bustling part of South Wimbledon boasts numerous restaurants and shops, and great transport links that include South Wimbledon tube station.
This is a great family home with tasteful decoration and three good-sized bedrooms, ideal for a group of six. As you step inside, you will find a pleasant living room towards the right with a stone fireplace and two sofas, plenty of light beaming in through bay windows. The adjoining dining room has a centred table for four and a stained glass door allowing access to the garden. Conveniently joining the dining space is a charming kitchen with paved floors and sensible white cabinetry; it is fully equipped with facilities which include a stainless-steel range cooker, fitted dishwasher and microwave. The grassy garden is a wonderful space for children to play securely, and comes with a variety of toys to keep them occupied! A paved space is set up with garden dining furniture so guests can choose to enjoy their meals in the sunshine!
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, with a shared, family bathroom. The first bedroom overlooks the garden and comes with a generous double bed in an iron-cast frame, whilst the spacious second bedroom has a single trundle bed (with extra single mattress) and may be ideal for two children. The bathroom has a nautical coloured tiles, white and aqua blue, and comes complete with a bathtub and overhead shower.
The master suite takes up the top floor of the house, and may be ideal for a couple as it offers extra privacy and the comfort of an en suite bathroom. The room itself is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has ample storage space and a small dressing table by the window. The en suite bathroom is finished to a very high standard with a walk-in shower enclosure.
The property has a number of children's toys on shelving that are just out of shot in our photos, they are well displayed and free to be played with!
