The home has unique room-setup, with the living space upstairs and bedrooms on the ground floor. The house opens to a carpeted hallway with a bedroom on the right. It is a good-sized room finished in fresh white paint with lots of natural light from the street-facing window. The bed is a large King-size, flanked with white side tables and facing a mirrored wardrobe. The second bedroom has a whole wall of integrated wardrobe and shelving space and a single-sized bed which can be pulled open to make a double. The bathroom is a small yet prettily finished with dark flooring and white tiles. It has a large bathtub with a shower unit attached and a heated towel rail and underfloor heating for added comfort!
On the first floor is an inviting and spacious living area, bathed in natural light from windows on either side. It is set up with two comfy sofas by a modern fireplace, with a flat screen TV and DVD player to enjoy. To one side is a wooden dining table with seats for up to six people. Across the hall, is the kitchen which is finished in sleek black flooring and cream units. It has a breakfast bar and all the needed facilities including a dishwasher for easy cleaning, gas hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a convenient WC. Stairs from the living area take you to the final floor which has access to a beautiful roof terrace – it is lined with pretty potted plants and is set up with furniture so guests can enjoy and alfresco meal or a drink in the evening! A few more steps take you to the loft bedroom which is a bright and airy room with a King-sized bed and a study area with wooden desk, perfect for the studious guest and for propping up laptops and other devices to stay connected! It has the convenience of its own en suite bathroom finished in walnut brown tiling and a tall walk-in shower with easy access.
Although it seems this property is not in a prime location, you are a 20 minute walk from Vauxhall and a 30 minute walk from Westminster.
