This smart family home is located in Tooting Bec, Wandsworth in South-West London, a stone’s throw from Tooting Bec Underground station on the Northern Line which reaches Waterloo in 15 minutes.
This property is located on a peaceful, residential street though just two minutes from the main road for shops and cafés. As you step inside the house, you will find a smart living room towards the right, with a feature fireplace, two sofas and a flat-screen TV (there is also an extensive DVD library, book library and Netflix). Further along the corridor is the utility room/WC which is equipped with the essential washing machine and tumble dryer.
The corridor leads to the rear of the house to a smart eat-in kitchen which is designed to a high standard with fitted white cabinetry, solid wood surfaces and an extendable table for six. The kitchen has all the amenities you may need during your stay such as a dishwasher, double oven, and fridge/freezer. Guests may choose to dine al fresco in the pretty paved garden which can be accessed from the kitchen.
There are three bedrooms on the upper level of the house, as well as the family bathroom which is fitted with a large bathtub with overhead shower. At the end of the corridor is the first bedroom which looks out over the garden. It is modest yet smart with a double bed set against a bold pink feature wall. Across the hall, the second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed with flanking wardrobes and a flat-screen TV to enjoy! The airy master bedroom has several windows allowing a lot of light to enter the room. It has a generous king-size bed, matching beech furniture and an entire wall of built in wardrobes.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
