Located in North London, near the lush green expanse of Hampstead Heath, is this fabulous 4 bedroom family home which also features a large decked garden.
The ground floor of the house holds a living room and study/music room which are separated by folding doors. The living space is finished in warm, soft tones with a burst of colour from its upholstered teal sofa. For entertainment there is a wide screen TV hanging above an original fireplace. The music room with its upright piano, leads through to a large open plan kitchen and dining room. Making excellent use of space, its large 8-seater table is placed under skylights to one side whilst the kitchen, featuring a wheeled storage island and single surface work-top is fitted to the opposite side of the room. It has high-quality fittings such as a stunning cast-iron AGA cooker which has steam oven, roasting oven and two hot plates. There is a lovely conservatory sitting space, facing the garden, which is particularly enjoyable on a sunny day when this area is bathed in warm light. The large decked garden has outdoor furniture arranged for guests to enjoy and comes with a fantastic unique feature - a wood-fired clay pizza oven.
You will find three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor of the house. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a window overlooking the garden. Along the hall is the second double bedroom which has lovely blue and white patterned feature wallpaper. The street-facing master suite boasts spacious quarters and two large windows brightening up the room. It also has a Queen-size bed matching the dresser as well as a comfy leather armchair. The shared bathroom is fitted with a good-sized bathtub which has a shower unit.
The second floor of the house is taken up by the last spacious bedroom which may be suited to a couple who desire a floor to themselves for extra privacy, and their own en suite bathroom. The room boasts ample storage space, a double bed and its own beautifully finished en-suite bathroom which has the luxury of both a bathtub and an Italian walk-in shower.
The AGA cooker won't be switched on during the summer

Greetings from London and Paris!
My name is Tom and I work for Veeve, the largest short term property rental in London, created in 2011. We manage this collection of hand-picked apartments and houses for their individual owners while they are away. Each property is carefully selected and offers a stylish living experience and excellent value.
As a lifelong Londoner I love having the opportunity to share these spaces, my knowledge and personal recommendations about this great city with those visiting for both short and long term stays.
All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.
Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be sure to answer them promptly.
