This lovely home is located in the North London region of Islington, on a quiet road just around the corner from a bustling high street of shops.
You will find the kitchen is located at the rear of the ground floor, and is very well finished with granite worktop surfaces and a small breakfast table by the patio doors. All the necessary facilities can be found including a built-in microwave, oven and gas cooker. The large glass doors open onto a charming paved garden that is lined with pretty plants; a lovely space to get some fresh air or take breakfast outside! You will find the first guest bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom, finished in serene olive green paint, has a double bed and wooden storage. Right opposite it, across the hall is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The lovely living and dining area takes up the first floor. It is a large room, finished elegantly with a comfy living space in the centre with two sofas and a wide-screen TV for entertainment. Towards the a 6-seater dining table is set up with windows to the street and lots of natural sunlight pouring in.
The top floor holds three bedrooms and the master bathroom. The first bedroom is cosy with lots of book shelving and a single bed. The second bedroom is finished in striking deep blue paint, with a double bed and a study desk by the window that is ideal for a laptop user! The final bedroom is the wonderful master which also has a double bed, built in wardrobe/storage room and a large wall of book shelving. The bathroom is finished in nautical shades of blue and green with a large walk-in shower and a radiator for added comfort.
