Located between 2 lakes, at the end of a beautiful trail, this shelter will give you a unique trip filled with relaxation in the calm of the nature.
The shelter is equipped with 2 double mattresses, 2 simple mattresses, a gas cooker,all the kitchen tools you need. The sheets, blankets and towels are not included (It’s possible to rent some from us if you are travelling in Quebec)

The sheets, blankets and towels are not included (It’s possible to rent some from us if you are travelling in Quebec)
Located between 2 lakes, at the end of a beautiful trail, this shelter will give you a unique trip filled with relaxation in the calm of the nature. There is no running water but we provide tanks of 20 litres for your cooking and dishes purposes. Dry bathrooms are located outside, close to the cabin. A fireplace will warm up the shelter when the temperature goes down.
The shelter is located close to the Démélé lake where you can swim, go fishing (with a fishing license) and use the canoe.
In the winter you can hike with snowshoes and do cross country skiing.
All of our shelters are accessible by walk in the summer and with snowshoes in the winter. for this one it needs 20-25 min in summer (by canoe or by walk and 35-45 min in winter
Some carts are available to help you carry your belonging from the car to the shelter. Only the big rustic cottage is accessible by car in summer and in the winter if the weather allows it.
You can reserve a quad for the transport of your luggages in winter.

we send you all the information for your trip and you can phone us if we are not there.
What you need to bring:
You need to bring bedding (Queen fitted sheet, blankets or sleeping bags and pillowcases), towels and dish cloths (It is possible to rent sleeping bags for people who are coming from far away or are not equipped)
It is important to bring a flashlight and a headlamp for travel at night or read quietly in bed;
You need to bring your own food, your own drinking water (for shelters and huts because the water is potable in Chalet). There is a drinking water source available in the summer but not in winter.

Nous sommes une famille de 4, Michel, Anne-Sophie et notre fille Anouk (15 ans) et le petit dernier, Mattéo (4 ans) . Michel est Horticulteur paysagiste et Anne-Sophie est directrice d'une entreprise qui développe un logiciel de gestion de ressources humaines.
Dans nos temps libres, nous créons ensemble un nouveau projet, un centre de plein air dans les Laurentides et nous offrons des hébergements rustiques 4 saisons (2 cabanes dans les arbres, un refuge, un chalet). Ca s'appelle : Les Refuges du Lac Démélé.
Nous avons aussi un petit appartement à louer à Montréal. (quartier Rosemont, parc Molson).
