Upstairs is a large open-plan floor consisting of a living room area with ample sofa seating, a large flat-screen TV and retro duke box.
Also within the open-plan space is a dining area with a table to seat six.
Next door to the dining space is a kitchen with mod cons, a large American fridge-freezer and a service hatch to the dining room.
A comfortable ground floor room with a super king bed, storage space and wall-mounted TV. There is direct access to the conservatory room via a glazed door.
After a long day about town, enjoy the back massaging chair in this room. It also features storage space and a small double sofa bed.
STUDY / GYM
A conservatory room accessed via the master bedroom and guest bedroom, featuring a desk area and floor exercise space with gym equipment.
Upon entry there is a lovely rustic bathroom with a bath tub and shower, a large basin and a WC.
