Once you've checked in we leave you completely alone. The studio is all yours and we won't be bothering you.
Please also be advised that we are required to sight and record, on your booking, the credit card details of the guest collecting the keys as part of our Guest Registration process. We do not pre-authorise credit cards for security deposits, however, if you are unable to provide a credit card at check in, a $200 cash bond is required before keys will be issued to you.
We simply ask that guests respect the property and any neighbours. Unfortunately pets are not allowed and we ask that the property is left in a reasonable manner on check out (just tidy up, put the rubbish in the bin provided and wash and put away any dishes). We can give you further details and information when you book or enquire.

We are fortunate enough to live in one of Australia's most beautiful locations. Although we love travelling we love coming home as well. Our region is known as "Spa Country" and has over 80% of Australia's mineral water deposits. We have great restaurants and eateries, lots of galleries and curio shops, day spas aplenty and magnificent scenery. You really should visit.
