THE LIVING AREA
The living area shares a space with the open-plan kitchen and features a comfortable sofa and large wall mounted TV. From this room you can access the garden area via double sliding doors.
A stylish room with queen size bed, built-in wardrobes and a floor-to-ceiling back window facing to the garden. There is also a door giving access to the living area from this room.
A convenient bathroom greets you from the entrance stairs with a bath and overhead shower, a large mirror, WC and basin.
The L-shaped kitchen is modern and well equipped. It boasts a sleek breakfast bar with four stools, plus an additional small drinks fridge.
From the living area you are invited to climb the fire escape style stairs up to a lovely landscaped patio garden area, with professional grade BBQ and ample seating.
"Due to its lively location, this flat is on a busy road and so not ideal for children.
A third guest can be accommodated on the large sofa, although this does not pull out into a bed.
