Also on the second floor is a playroom area with a double sofa bed and bare brick chimney breast and fireplace.
Climb a wooden spiral staircase to the final bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and streaming skylights.

A beautifully large kitchen with all the mod cons, plus a dining area to seat six people within the adjoined conservatory.
A large family bathroom with a bath, a basin and separate shower is situated on the first floor. There is a separate WC just next door.
