This beautiful family home boasts seven bedrooms and a large garden play ground. It is located in the much loved village-like area of Hampstead, a short distance from the beautiful expanse of Hampstead Heath.
The house itself opens onto a smart entrance hall with guest WC. The first living room is found to the right, which boasts comfortable sofas and chairs arranged for guests to relax on by an original fireplace. Opposite the main living room is a TV room/den, which is finished in a light, modern style and has access to the garden. To the immediate left of the main entrance is a cosy library/study with a wide array of interesting books that guests are free to browse! There is a sofa which can be opened up into a double bed to comfortably sleep two guests.
Following the hall towards the right, you will find a modern TV room which has direct access to the patioed garden. Stylishly decorated with colourful art adorned on the walls and a luxurious leather sofa to relax on, this room is the ultimate place to kick back after a long day! It has a flat screen TV above its original marble fireplace, for guests to enjoy.
The hall leads straight ahead to the modern kitchen and adjoining dining area which boasts spacious proportions and exceptionally high ceilings. The kitchen, with gorgeous terracotta flooring, has striking black cabinets fully equipped for your needs and a sleek half-wood and half-granite island with hanging lights. Dine in style in a space that has light pouring in from a huge domed glass roof and a white finish to make it appear even lighter. There are plenty of chairs for everyone and a dining table that will seat ten. Children will be excited to find the back garden comes with a fully-equipped playground for kids with fun-filled facilities such as a climbing frame, basketball hoop and trampoline to keep them busy for hours!
The lower-level of the house contains a handy utility room containing essentials such as washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a home gym on this level with steam room.
The first floor of the house holds the spacious master suite which has a generous double bed and bold, monochrome patterned wallpaper giving it a striking and playful edge. It boasts a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with built-in storage space, adjoining the magnificent en suite bathroom. Beautifully designed with a marbled sink and glass shelving, the master bathroom boasts the luxury of both a full-size bathtub as well as a tall walk-in power shower allowing guests to choose their preference. There are a further three bedrooms on this floor, one of which may be ideal for the young lady of the group as it has a lovely feminine finish with soft pink carpet and a matching pink desk chair. Its single bed can sleep either a child or an adult and has an extra pull-out single mattress to sleep another guest. The next bedroom has a double bed and a contrasting masculine edge with a deep blue carpet and matching blue curtains. There is a final bedroom on this level which has a pretty mirrored dressing table and matching side tables flanking its double bed.
Climb the stairs to the top floor for another three bedrooms. As you reach the landing, you will find a spacious double bedroom on the right with a window overlooking the garden and a double bed which is slightly tucked away to one side. Adjacent to this room is a medium-sized single bedroom which has a large blue bookcase with some excellent books for guests to browse through. The final room serves as a quiet play area for children or an informal space to relax on its plush pink seating. The sofa can be opened up and made into a double bed to comfortably accommodate two guests. There is a fresh white bathroom on this floor, fitted with a full-sized bathtub with overhead shower.
