This house is located in a very popular area of North London, Queen’s Park which takes its name after the Park itself, a lovely 30-acre stretch of greenery which has a beautiful ornamental garden as well as children’s playground and animal farm.
It is just a 2 minute walk from this property, so ideal for a morning stroll after breakfast with the family.
On the ground-floor level is a large living room, furnished with sweeping wooden floors, and decorated beautifully with stunning, upholstered chesterfield-style sofas arranged by an original marbled fireplace. There is a plasma TV entertainment unit with a DVD player for guests to enjoy as well as a record player towards the far end of the room. Crystal chandeliers and large mirrors finish the room off with elegance and ambience. To the rear of the ground floor, is a modern chef’s kitchen which is equally as elegant and finished in complimenting shades of stone grey and cream. It has a large island with hanging lights above it, featuring a breakfast bar and holding amenities such as a concealed dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen cupboards have under-cabinet lighting and beautiful mosaic-patterned splash-back tiles. There is a large dining table which sits under huge sky-lights and is large enough to seat up to eight people. The huge patio doors from the kitchen open on to a landscaped garden which has a decked area for seating as well as a nice grassy space that children will love to play in.
There is a convenient bathroom on the ground floor finished to a good standard with a WC and walk-in shower.
The first level of the house holds three bedrooms, all finished beautifully. The first is a children’s room with stunning flowered wallpaper and beautiful matching white furniture. It has a single bed and a pretty little dressing table, perhaps ideal for a young female guest!
Across the hall is the second bedroom which has a soft, feminine finish and all walls covered in gorgeous flowered wallpaper. It has a single bed as well as a plush cream chaise longue with purple cushions to match the beautiful tones of the walls. There is plenty of style and character in this elegant room, which may be suited to the fashionable guest!
The third bedroom is the spacious master which is street-facing with a large window and luxury window seat. Simple yet elegant, it is dominated by a Super King-sized bed above which hangs a crystal chandelier, whilst to one side is a large mirror placed above an original fireplace adding light into the room.
The bathroom on this level is very elegantly designed with a patterned feature wall– in keeping with the style of the house! It is fitted with a roll-top free standing bathtub as well as a chest of drawers which works as a vanity table.
The top level of the house contains the final bedroom which comes with its own en suite bathroom, allowing convenience and extra privacy. Its patterned wall paper is less feminine than the other bedrooms so perhaps this room is suited for the young man of the house! There is a single bed and ample storage space as well as a small cupboard/room which can be used for storage and currently contains lots of children’s toys! The en suite has stone-grey tiling and is fitted with a bathtub.
We have a variety of temporary beds which can be provided to suite your needs (The sixth and seventh guests may sleep in the fourth bedroom)
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
