This 2 bedroom flat is located in the North London region of Highbury & Islington, conveniently by Canonbury Overground station and a short walk from Highbury & Islington station on the Victoria line.
Upon entrance into the apartment, you will find bedrooms to the left and the corridor leading to the main living area at the far end. This room is finished with light colours and soft ambient lighting. After a long day, relax on the sofa and make use of the flat-screen TV or the array of interesting books that guests are free to browse. Enjoy your dinner on the large dining table which can seat as many as twelve.
The first bedroom can be found to the left of the main entrance. It is a medium-sized room with a single bed (ideal for either adult or child) and a large study desk. The master bedroom, further along the hall is serene and light with an entire wall of built-in wardrobes allowing plenty of storage space and a generous double bed.
The kitchen in this property, located towards the end of the corridor, is equipped with all the essentials such as a dishwasher, washing machine and electric hob. There is one shared bathroom which is well finished in white tiling and fitted with a full-size bathtub and overhead shower.
"There is no tumble dryer however there is a heated clothes rail."
