The ground floor level of the house holds a spacious living area furnished in solid wood flooring and finished in a rustic yet sophisticated design. With chesterfield-style leather seating and a wood-burning fireplace, this cosy room is exactly where you want to be after a long day exploring the City! There is also a plasma TV with DVD player for entertainment. The other end of the room is a spacious dining area which may also serve as a space for children to play with toys. Through to the rear of the ground floor is where a modern and fully-equipped kitchen is located, with all the amenities you could need as well as a breakfast table. You can access to a wonderful decked garden which provides a peaceful spot to enjoy an al fresco meal or a drink in the evening.
The first floor of the house holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Straight ahead of the landing is the first double bedroom with mirrored wardrobes cleverly reflecting light and making the room larger and lighter. Its en suite is well finished and fitted with a walk-in shower. Across the hall is the bright master bedroom which boasts spacious quarters and a King-size bed. It has ample storage space as well as a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The shared bathroom on this level is very well finished with a free-standing double ended bathtub and unique glass wash-basin.
The second level holds the third bedroom with mirrored wardrobes flanking the double bed and a study desk which provides useful space for working on a computer and surfing the web. There is a convenient WC adjacent to this bedroom.
The loft floor is where you will find the final double bedroom which is in keeping with the rest of the house with minimal decoration, mirrored wardrobes and a light, airy finish.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
