This 5 bedroom house is located in the upmarket West London region of Fulham, a short distance from Fulham Broadway with its shops and numerous restaurants.
There is a comfortable living room on the ground floor, leading to an open-plan kitchen at the rear. The bay-windowed sitting area is tastefully designed with beige and mauve coloured sofas by a fireplace and flat-screen TV. There is a sleek upright piano which adds a touch of glamour and elegance to the room!
The spacious kitchen has a contemporary design in monochrome with under-cabinet lighting and a breakfast bar area. Its excellent facilities include a wine cooler, gas cooker, dishwasher and concealed fridge/freezer. The large patio doors, which flood the room with light, open on to a pleasant patio area where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or simple the fresh air!
On the lower level of the house is a spacious TV/Play room which the children will love! It has a large flat-screen TV and corner sofa for those relaxed evenings spent indoors! There is also plenty of space for children to play, and some toys provided such as foosball table. Conveniently there is a WC room on the lower level, as well as the laundry/utilities room with a washing machine and dryer etc.
On the first floor of the house is the master bedroom which is a spacious bay-windowed room with a double bed and ample storage space. The second and third bedrooms are similarly styled, one with a single bed and a double in the other. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one of which has a shower whilst the other has a bath, to suit all tastes!
On the top floor of the house is a smart study room with a sofa bed and a desk, and the final bedroom which has a study desk and a single bed. The third bedroom is finished in sky blue, with a bath and overhead shower.

The fifth bedroom is usually used by the hosts as a study there is a sofa bed in this room for guests."
