In this attractive, newly decorated period house you will see many original features mixed with modern touches. The living room is tastefully decorated with muted tones giving a sense of tranquillity, ideal for evening relaxation on its luxurious sofas and armchairs. It boasts a high spec TV with an Apple TV system, perfect for viewing your Netflix favorites, as well as a Sonos sound system. The room is generously sized and features a dining room table at one end which can seat up to six.
The adjoining kitchen area is a fabulous space for relaxing, preparing and serving meals. It is modern, sleek and perfectly presented with everything you might need during your stay including a high-end stove, a variety of appliances and kitchen utensils, and a breakfast bar. There is a large seating area with sofa and chairs and a widescreen TV. With its French doors and skylights, the room is bathed with light. A charming, landscaped patio is located off the kitchen and is a perfect place to enjoy food and drink in good weather.
Leading on upstairs you will find a chic master bedroom with a French feel and en suite bathroom. It is hard to imagine ever failing to get a good night's sleep on the new, luxurious king-sized bed! The large bay window looks out over the front of the property and provides generous natural daylight and there is a good amount of storage for guests. The modern en suite bathroom boasts a huge Jacuzzi bath, WC and sink.
There is a lovely second bedroom on this floor with a single bed and pull out trundle bed. Two guests could sleep comfortably in this room. They would have use of their own bathroom which has a shower, sink and WC.
Up on the top floor is the third bedroom which is well-sized and light due to the skylights and French doors along one entire side of the room. With its own balcony, and views out over the rooftops of Fulham, this room has a full-size bed and its own en suite bathroom with bathtub, WC and sink.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
