This home is ideal for a large group as it can accommodate up to 14 guests. It is in a great location in West London in much-sought-after Chelsea, moments from the River Thames and a short walk from famous King’s Road!
The ground floor of the house holds two living areas; the formal living space is to the left of the entrance and finished in shades of cream and beige with a minimal yet tasteful style. It has an original stone fireplace which draws ones attention and plenty of sofas to relax on. Through this room you can reach a lovely snug play room/study which is a great space for children to keep occupied with games and books. There is also a study desk and a large wall-mounted TV for use here as well as access to the garden.
Straight ahead of the main entrance will lead you to the open plan kitchen and secondary living area. This large room is beautifully lit up with natural sunlight coming from windows on both ends. Its kitchen has double wooden surfaces and a beautiful, high-quality finish. It is fully equipped with all the needed facilities including a concealed dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and gas cooker. The centre of the room has a convenient dining table which will comfortably seat six guests, whilst the opposite end of the room has an informal sitting space with comfy, bold red sofas and a TV with many channels and both UK and American Netflix and Roku for entertainment.
The ground floor has a convenient WC as well as access to the large grassy garden! The garden is north-facing so there are plenty of both sunny and shady spots on swelteringly hot days, and garden furniture has been arranged so guests can enjoy sitting outside in the fresh air!
The first floor of the house holds four double bedrooms. The first bedroom is a bright room finished in serene powder blue with an original stone fireplace and a window overlooking the garden. It has a generous King-sized bed. The other three bedrooms have a similar, minimal style and built in wardrobes providing ample storage space. One of these bedrooms has an additional single camping mattress to sleep a further guest. There are two bathrooms on this level, both finished to a very high standard. Whether your preference is a bath or a shower, it will be met as one bathroom offers a walk-in shower whilst the other is fitted with a good-sized bathtub.
The top floor of the house holds the final two bedrooms and bathroom. They are both finished in a minimal style, one has a King-sized bed whilst the other has a double bed as well as a double sofa-bed. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and WC.
"There is space for a 15th occupant to sleep on a single mattress, however this home is much better suited to a group of 14.\
Unusually, the house has both UK and US fast internet, so guests can access US-restricted websites and television services. The TV is linked to both Netflix and Roku."
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
