On a residential street, a short drive to the Sonoma Square, and surrounded by the region's best wineries, restaurants, shops, parks and hiking/biking trails. This is a modern cottage in a neighborhood location.
Each of the two bedrooms has a plush Queen bed with a memory foam topper, and French doors opening out to a wrap around deck and garden. The bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tu/shower and heated floors. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has Viking appliances, a dishwasher, quartz counters and views to the front garden. The dinning and living area flow seamlessly from the kitchen, with additional views of the greenery. There are custom glass windows, custom light fixtures and hardwood floors throughout.
In the back garden, under an antique apple tree are lounge chairs, recliners and umbrellas perfect for enjoying a book or soaking up the sun. Beneath an old plum tree stands a family-style dinning table along with an outdoor "living room" seating area.Enjoy breakfast in the front garden,side garden,or rear garden with the sound of the rock fountain and the smell of jasmine and roses.
A bottle of wine and fresh flowers welcome you. PEET's French Press coffee and espresso, as well as selection of teas, are provided. Two bicycles, wi-fi, HDTV cable, HBO, and board games are furnished for your entertainment.
For guests who need accommodation for a fifth person, the living room's platform sofa can be used as a single bed when the back cushions are removed.
Guests have access the main part of the house, but are restricted from the side unit and shed.

Before confirming bookings, we like to email back and forth with our guests to get to know them a little. When sending a reservation request, please keep this in mind.
Holidays and long weekends have a three night minimum.

Guests must comply with the House Rules provided for them in a welcome binder upon arrival. Above all, we ask that guests treat the home as if it were their own and be respectful of our beloved space.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere in, on or around the premises, including the garden and driveway. Use of the fireplace is forbidden.
Guests are responsible for the appropriate use and safe riding of the bikes, and must wear the helmets provided. In choosing to use the bikes, guests agree that they are aware of the risks and hazards associated with cycling activities and freely accept and fully assume all such risks and hazards and the possibility of personal injury and resulting loss.
Well behaved pets are conditionally allowed for an additional $40 per night/per pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, to be left home alone, or to go to the bathroom in the garden (there is a great dog park close by for them). The built-in sofa/day bed in the living room transforms into a single bed, which can accommodate a fifth guest for an extra $75/night charge. To respect our neighbors, guests are not permitted to play music or talk loudly in the garden from 10pm- 8am. For stays over one week, we require one cleaning per week (arranged by owner but coordinated with guest) which is subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. Fires of any kind, including matches, candles and incense, are prohibited. Do not place damaging items in the garbage disposal or put objects down the toilet or drains. Cover and lock bikes when not in use. Put outdoor cushions in storage benches at night. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed, one of which should be parked in the driveway.
Violations of the House Rules will result in forfeiture of a portion or entirety of security deposit.
