I have a small cozy room near USP, the largest university in the town. We have easy access by bus to the main centers of the city, and our neighborhood is very calm and safe and full of trees. We have a very beautiful park just 10 min walk away.
We are near Parque Villa Lobos, a beautiful place where you can do your morning run, bike around, walk around with your pet, grab some vegetables on their vegetable garden or work from the big and well lighted library they have over there.
We are also near bars and restaurants, and you have easy access to Shopping Villa Lobos mall, where you can shop around and watch the movies.
We are near the University of Sao Paulo (USP), what a beautiful place to study, bike, or just hang around!
We have a TV device connected to the Internet in case you want to watch some movies or series.
Also, there is easy parking in front of our building, as well as lots of buses that will take you to central areas.
You will have your own towel, bed sheets, pillow, soap, shampoo and hair conditioner.
You can work on your bedroom or on the living room if you like. I personally like working on the park, the library is huge and beautiful :)
You can access the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the washing machine area, the toilet and your bedroom.

We speak Spanish and English over here! Feel welcome to ask us about any attractions in our city or just talk about anything! We are a writer/marketeer and a photographer in the house, I'm sure we'll have plenty to talk about :)
Food is not included. You can use the kitchen and the fridge, and there are some markets really nearby.
We don't have a lift, access is by stairs, we are on the 4th floor. We can help you with your bag.
All the areas - except your bedroom of course - are shared with us, the hosts. Please make an effort to leave everything tidy :)
The law doesn’t allow any noises from 22h to 6h, please help us with that, otherwise we might get fined :(
We are non smokers. If you want to smoke, we ask you to do so outdoors.
Please use water wisely. We have had a water shortage recently in São Paulo and our reserves have not fully recovered yet.
