The Honey Apartments is a contemporary update on the building’s art deco past and being the larger of the two and sleeps up to five. Both apartments feature crisp white walls that are the perfect canvas: think contemporary photography, colorful canvases and bright throw rugs.
The walls of windows bathe Honey Apartment in light, giving a relaxed, airy feeling. And with all of Melbourne’s enticements at your door, it’s great to know that those windows are also double-glazed, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tariffs are current and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a tariff increase, bookings confirmed by deposit will be honoured at the prevailing tariff at the time of booking.
To secure your booking a deposit of 50% of the total sum booked is required. The balance of monies is due before arrival via the Internet or upon arrival at check in, in the form of cash, Australian personal cheque or bank draft.
Kirstin Honey is the sole booking agent for Honey Apartments.
Any bookings taken via other people will not be honoured. If in doubt please call Kirstin on (phone number hidden) speak to her directly.
You will need to refer to the cancelation policy's as dictated on this website.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit will only be returned after the end of the occupancy once all keys have been returned, the apartment and contents checked for damages, data and power consumption has not exceeded limits and the apartment doesn’t required excessive cleaning set out in No. 11, No. 13, No.14 .
5. CHECKING IN AND OUT
Check in = 3pm (1500 hrs)
Check out = 11am (1100 hrs)
If you wish to secure a check in before 11am or a check out after 3pm you will need to book and pay for the entire extra night. If you request a earlier check in or later check out without paying for the extra night these requests will only be facilitated between the hours of 11am and 3pm, and will be subject to availability.
In all cases we endeavour to check people in as quickly as possible and if a later check out is possible we are happy to oblige between the hours of 11am and 3pm.
6. NON SMOKING
The apartment and entire building is a non smoking environment. Smoking is only possible on the public footpath away from the building entry.
No animals are permitted in the apartment or building as it is against the Body Corporate Regulations.
It is not possible to have the phone connected during your stay.
Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions or parties are strictly prohibited!
It is a legal requirement to provide the name of ALL people staying in the apartment during the occupied time as dictated by the body corporate in accordance with fire regulations.
The quoted price of your stay includes a daily usage of AUD$10 of power (Approximately 35kwh/day, more than twice the average consumption of a 2 bedroom house). If you use power over this amount the excess amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
All damages or loss of Honey Apartment property during your stay will be billed to the person who booked. This includes, but is not limited to, all items within the apartment, adjoining apartments and keys. Please note, as security is of such a high precedence to Honey Apartments, if you loose any of the keys you will be charged for the cost incurred to change the locks.
The apartment should be left in a reasonable manner when you leave, close to the state when you arrived. If cleaning in excess of 3 hours is required after your departure this will be deducted from the security deposit at a rate of AUD$50 per hour.
Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet is included with accommodation at no extra charge.
