The 50m2 apartment is located in a quiet side street in the colorful St. Pauli Area. The 2 rooms are 20m2 + 14m2. There is also a small bathroom and a kitchen . The location is perfect for exploring St. Pauli, Sternschanze, harbor and city center.
The apartment is located in a top location. Whether Schanzenviertel, Pferdemarkt, St. Pauli or the colorful Karoviertel, you can reach everything with a short walk or you are already in the middle of it.
The apartment is very quiet though. You'll find alternative shops, a flea market (over the weekend), playgrounds, bars, restaurants and much more. Also a great park is within walking distance. The access to public transport is fantastic. It takes 5min. to U-Bahn St. Pauli. S-Bahn Reeperbahn is not much further.
A little steep staircase leads you to the 3rd floor and you enter the apartment. In the 20m2 large room is a large, comfortable mattress for 2 persons with fresh linens. In the slightly smaller room you find a double bed. If you just need one bed, the mattress in the big room will disappear and it becomes a pure living/study room. If you are 5 persons, I can provide a comfortable air mattress. A bathroom with shower is available and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The whole apartment is available to you!

This apartment there is a "non smoking apartment" . Of course you can have a few drinks in the evening, but the place for parties is outside the house. Please leave everything as you have found it. This also applies to the kitchen.
