This splendid penthouse in Knightsbridge features an open-plan design and excellent views of the world famous department store Harrods, which is right across the street.
The property has a very large and light open-plan living room and kitchen, with dark wood flooring, original features and striking roof beams on its arched ceiling. The smart kitchen with its island has every essential facility you could need including a dishwasher, gas cooker and fridge/freezer. The rest of the room is taken up by a sitting area with a flat-screen TV (both the sofas here can be made into double sofa beds) and an 8-seater dining table. At the end of the corridor you will find two bedrooms, the master and the guest bedroom both with double beds. The master bedroom has the comfort of an en-suite bathroom in addition to a second, shared bathroom and both are fitted with baths.
Please note that the property is located on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.
The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.
Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.
