The " Lazzarini- Battiala" palace is a part of the baroque country-side castle built in 1797.Martinski, a peaceful place, great for biking, hiking, picking herbs, enjoying the nature, only 10 min.away from Labin and 15min.away from beautiful beaches!
The palace is protected by the Republic of Croatia-Ministry of culture, so this was respected during the restoration - all the rooms and interior were left as they were, we only added the sanitary facilities. The furniture is mostly from the time of our grandparents which we restored and saved of throughing away. On the groundfloor we have a wine cellar and fireplace, a nice place for gatherings.
Apartment Ladonja is on the first floor with a view on the castello courtyard and a chestnut alley. Guests have access to the terrace and courtyard where they can eat their meals or just rest, chat or read a book.
A parking place is available for each guest.
