Filled with light, this luxurious terraced apartment located in the 'noble' area of Trastevere, a few steps from Raphael's Farnesina, Palazzo Corsini and the Botanical Gardens, is a short walk from the Vatican and main historic sites of the city
The space was created by a well known architect with two spacious bedrooms, the one occupying a loft space has a third bed (140cm width) protected by a large screen, two bathrooms and a large living room plus kitchen and terrace. It is ideal for a family. Great attention to detail. Beautiful furniture and art.
The guests will have total access to the apartment and the terrace. So long as no noise is made in the terrace after 10pm.

Yes, of course.
Upon arrival you will be given the WiFi password and any other information you may need.
Check in after 7 p.m. will require a payment of 30 euro, only payable in cash to the person welcoming you. In Rome we try to be very respectful of the laws of differentiated garbage. The neighborhood has strict rules in this regard, please remember to remove the garbage when you depart and put it in the designated containers outside the building. Upon arrival you will be given simple instructions, also in writing, as to how to and where to place the various types of waste, glass, plastic etc.
The other rule is to avoid making noise on the terrace after 10 pm as that may disturb the neighbors' sleep. This is a non smoking house so if you must you can smoke on the terrace.
I write about interiors and gardens for various publications including the New York Times' T Magazine and World of Interiors. When I am not in Rome or traveling I can usually be found on our wine farm near Montalcino, Tuscany. My favourite activities are reading and exploring Rome with my dog at my side.
