I love Japan and I want you to enjoy it as much as I do. I know the Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku areas pretty well. I also am pretty familiar with Akihabara, Ueno, and Yokohama. I know quite a bit actually, so if you have any questions, let me know. I should be within reach via email or the communication methods via AirBnB. And if schedules allow, I would love to meet for coffee, drinks or a bite to eat in the area.
There is 1 semi-double bed (which can "snugly" sleep 2 adults) but a small futon mattress sleeping set can be made available. **The price is for 2 adult guests staying in the room and children up to the age of 6 are free. Any age over that will be considered as an additional guest.** The bath and toilet are in SEPARATE rooms (Not an all-in-one "UNIT BATH" combo of bath and toilet in the same room), which often isn't the case with many small apartments in Tokyo offered here. So two people can enjoy their privacy while using the bath and toilet without infringing upon each other.
The apartment features all of the life essentials you would expect in an apartment of your own, such as a laundry machine, microwave, stove top electric (IH) burner, refrigerator, silverware, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, and cups, as well as separate toilet and bathing facilities. You will also have a portable WIFI unit that you can use in the room and outside.
The location is located within a minute or two from convenience stores, dining options, cafes, as well as a ATM/cash machine that accepts PLUS network bank cards, which is often difficult to find in Japan.
Supermarkets and other stores and shops are within a few minutes walk from the apartment which makes this a superb location for anyone, especially when you would like to have life's conveniences nearby.
And of course you are only a 10-15 walk from Shibuya, Ebisu and Nakameguro, which are 3 of the best areas (if you've done your research, you know) for tourists with fantastic eating and shopping options. You will be smack dab in the middle of those neighborhoods.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Please note that since I am in Japan, I may not be able to respond to your questions if it is past 11pm (Japan time). I should be able to respond by 9am (Japan time).
• No shoes inside the apartment. Please remove them in the entryway and keep in that area.
• No parties. This is a quiet, residential area. Please be mindful of your neighbors.

•Please sort and dispose of your trash on the scheduled trash/recycling days, keeping plastic bottles and cardboard/newspapers separate from the regular garbage. You can use the black trashcan with a clear plastic bag (also found under the kitchen sink area) for regular trash.
• When checking out, make sure you put out all the trash at the designated trash collection spot and that no trash is in the room.
• Before checking out, remove all bedsheets and duvet covers and place in front of the washing machine along with all towels.
Hi. I'm Kenny! I'm originally from the US, but have settled here in Japan and have been here for over 10 years now. I used to travel a lot, but now that I have a family, those days are long behind me. I work in the Tokyo area and love it here. I'd love for you to enjoy the things that have kept me happily situated here such as food, culture, people, technology and just a fun life. I don't know everything, but I know a lot and can communicate in fluent English with you. As for other languages, I'm sorry, but I'm sure we will be able to get our messages across. If you're looking for a nice quiet place yet still a stones throw from the heart of Tokyo, you're in good hands.
