My home is a fully equipped beauty, in a peaceful neighborhood within mins walking to Taman Paramount LRT from there you get easy access to malls, city sights, food, clubbing, airport etc.
Unfortunately I am only able to welcome female guests and I am very particular about the guest I accept into my home.
l invite you to my character filled home. It is quite a classic with a garden providing organic produce and a dog running around.
The house itself is slightly elevated providing for good "feng shui" and it eludes a loving ambiance radiating from the blessing it has been to our family.
It has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, a large living room and a chill space where you can watch the neighborhood.
The room itself has two single bed so it comfortably sleeps two individuals. There is a show case which provides some writing space, a chair, built in cupboards (not all the cupboards are for guest use though), and a mirror. Just step out and the bathroom is next door.
The house is located close enough to travel swiftly to Kuala Lumpur (15 mins away) but far enough from the hussle and bussle of city life. The PUTRA LRT line is just a hop and skip away.
At the very next LRT stop you get access to malls, restaurants, supermarkets, moving on further you will have access to anything a tourist desires including the city, tourist sites and the airports.
Next to the LRT station we have the serene Taman Aman park. It has various exercise like equipment installed for nice breaks as you walk along the pond. It is a popular place for all ages. “Tai Chi” is performed in the morning, runners on the jogging track and big playground sets for the little ones.
As the room is newly listed, I would greatly appreciate review and tips.
Guest have access to all areas except for rooms they do not occupy.
I like to keep things neat and tidy so appreciate if all things are returned back to the original places :).

I am available at all times to ensure a pleasant stay via phone.
Strictly no guest coming over for a visit except for an hour or two. Lesson learnt from a very unpleasant experience.
I wish you the most pleasant stay, experiencing the diverse scenes and culture in our Malaysia. Meanwhile kindly observe the common courtesies some highlighted below:
i) Please take out your trash as frequently as possible as it is unhealthy to live with smelly garbage.
ii) Be considerate and respectful to all, as this is a shared community space, courtesy towards neighbors and the common areas (should there be other guest) should be observed at all times.
iii) Dry clothes on the clothing line outside, as I hear horror stories of fungus infected walls otherwise.
iv) No smoking indoors, just take a step out and you will be in the open air. I have even setup a reclining garden chair in the porch for you to rest while you smoke.
vii) This is my home so please treat it, all fixtures and fittings with care as if it were your own.
viii) Do switch off all lights, switches and appliances when not in use.
I am an IT specialist. I started travelling in year 1996 and to date (year 2016) I have traveled to 26 different countries.
Being a "techie" logically 1 plus 1 equals 2 so you can be assured of a straight and direct answer. Fortunately in my role as manager I have had to blossom with my social skills.
I am truly blessed to be provided for by God. Therefore true to Christian faith I practice the act of giving of time, effort and money to those in need and have experienced returns many folds.
As a host I would be as professional as can be to ensure everything promised is delivered. To provide the same as I have expected when being hosted.
Hope that is enough info to make you feel comfortable.
