This feedback was so astosnihing as almost funny, considering the absourds. I take all my guests feedback super seriously, but honestely you are an outliar. One can only go trough all the previous excenlent experiences other guests had with us and be sorry for your unfair attitude. But in respect to all my previous and future guets, i´ll point out some of the things you mentioned:
Regarding the reception procedures that bothered you, we are very happy to hear that the building staff is following the security protocole correctly, in order to assure the security and well being of everyone in the building.
Regarding the cleaness, we always hire a cleaner to do all the work and assure the apartment is set. If for some reason, something scaped her you could´ve of behaved as an adult and contacted us, that we would certainly provide an extra clean for free. And that works for any other facility in the apartment that eventually wasn´t working well.
Regarding the pictures, furniture and everything else you didn´t like...pictures were taken by an Airbnb photographer, (as it is assured on the website) and are just like reality. Too bad.
Regarding the dryer, if you read well, Airbnb offers the following "Dryer, in the BUILDING, free or for a fee". It doesnt say in the APARTMENT. So, my advice to you is...just read twice and make sure you understand before complaning.
Regarding the 3 entrances in the building that confused you so much (one in the front for check-in, and two side ones for swimmers use in the same block),I...I actually have no idea what to say, how can that be so hard? I wonder how you made your way back to the USA, since there are probably so many doors on the way...
Patricia, I just strongly recommend you to stay in Sheraton next time. Its just 4 blocks from my place, and you can have the same ocean view. But maybe your pocket wont support it, since you found expensive to spend 30 USD per person/night during high season in a beach in Rio de Janeiro, so I wish you
happy holidays in India for the next summer! That mihgt suit you perfect.
Other thing I strongly recommend you: common sence. You are staying in a family´s apartment and expecting some 7 stars service?
We like to HOST, this is a family business and my mother especially is very concerned about making people confortable, as it is mentioned in soooooo many other reviews. But we aren´t concierges. Too bad you don´t know the difference and too bad you didn´t care about the fruits for welcoming breakfast we left for your family.
Finally, for the record,communication didnt work during your stay for both sides, since you also didnt reply my messages on Airbnb, didnt have watsapp,
and never awnsered the phone in the million times we called.
