You have use of the whole apartment including a lovely reception area, separate study, open plan kitchen with granite counter tops and TV lounge area. A shower and toilet leads off from the second bedroom, and an en suite bathroom with bath and toilet off the main bedroom. With a door between the lounge and the passage that leads to the second bathroom and bedroom, it's a super convenient and private almost "en suite" second bedroom too.
Safe and secure complex with beautiful tree lined paths and garden areas. 24 hour security guards, booms and electric fencing are part of that, along with burglar bars and security gate on opening windows and doors.
Fantastic pool where you can braai (barbeque) and soak in our famous South African sun! Central with easy access to nearby lion parks, Cradle of Mankind, picnic spots, excellent restaurants, upmarket night life, the works!
Five hours drive from the Kruger Park - a must see if you stay longer. Private taxis from the airport to your new home are easily booked, or catch the Gautrain to Sandton which is an easy 12 minutes and then catch a private taxi from there.
Here for work and don't have time or not a fan of going out too much or cooking? Not to worry. Mr Delivery offers a home delivery service for meals when you simply call and sign up with them for your stay.
If you do love cooking, the kitchen is granite topped and fully equipped. We know you'll love it here - because we of the feedback we get from previous tenants...and because we do too!

You will be given your own registered access to enter the townhouse complex which allows you private and secure entry to your covered parking which is just next to the apartment's garden. You have full access to the entire home, and the use of the complex swimming pool.
There is an extra uncovered parking bay allocated for the unit just in front of the swimming pool. Other unmarked bays are available should you have more guests visiting you.

I am available by phone, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or in person should the need arise, and usually arrange to meet you personally with your keys and access card, unless the timing means I need to ask a trusted friend to do so for me.
We love our city, and I love my apartment, so I am only too happy to let you know anything you need to make your stay a fabulous one.
The Gautrain is an easy, super safe and affordable way to travel between the airport and Sandton, and highly recommended.
Special safety precaution - please note: Uber has been coming under pressure from other taxi companies and associations, and locals would typically use regular private taxis for safety reasons around airports and Gautrain stations. For less touristy places, Uber works well.
The Sandton Gautrain station is about 2-3km up the road, but Sandton traffic means leave early to make sure you catch your train on time!
You can also use the Gautrain to visit Rosebank and Pretoria for meetings or outings.
Please treat our apartment with care and leave it in the same condition you find it in.
This is a non smoking apartment. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment at all, and no smoking smells either. Non-smoking guests please!!
Please be aware of being part of complex living, which affords you quiet and privacy, and asks that you offer the same to your neighbours.
Please note that for stays longer than 1 week, a mandatory cleaning service is made available to ensure we keep our apartment in awesome condition. You can choose once, twice or three times weekly, based on your needs. Where time allows, after cleaning the apartment, the lady working for us will also provide linen and clothes washing and ironing, included in the daily rate. The fee of $22 per day will be added to your booking upfront when we agree the amount of days per week you would like. For once weekly, you would pay $88 extra per month.
Please note: should the weather or time not permit clothes or linen to be washed and dried, you can do your own or take it to nearby Laundromats to do too. Levingers inside Sandton City is one example, and there are many other lesser known brands around the area too.
