Prostor

This is a bright, fully equipped, split level apartment overlooking a courtyard from the third and fourth floors. It is within Centenary Park Estate, a luxury, gated, 2 year old complex with its own tennis court, basketball area, 25m pool, gymnasium, conference room, barbeque areas, childrens playground and theatre room. Fibre internet with WiFi, continental breakfast, tea, coffee, towels, all bedding and expenses are included. There is internal lift access from a designated, underground, secure carspace and storage cage. The property is cleaned in between stays.

On the lower floor, the living room has a lounge suite with sofa bed, a 40" TV, DVD/Blu Ray player, air conditioning, and opens onto two balconies with outdoor setting and views over the main courtyard. There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooktops and stone benchtops. The internal laundry has a 9.5kg washing machine, dryer, wash tub and ironing facilities. There is a separate toilet off the laundry.

Upstairs, both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own balcony, air conditioning and king single beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the study alcove has a double bed.

It is suitable for guests visiting Sydney for project work or holidays, or for families relocating.

Premises
The guest has the right to occupy A316/78 Marlborough Rd, Homebush West, 2140. Check-in time is 11am and check-out time is 2pm unless one party arrives on the same day as another departs, in which case the checkout and checkin times on that day are 11am and 2pm, respectively.
The number of people allowed to stay overnight at the home is adults and children (under 15 years). Contravention of this rule may result in termination or extra charges. The by-laws of the strata scheme, which deal with matters such as noise, state and use of common property will be enforced. Unauthorised gatherings are prohibited.
Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Guest Responsible for Security and State
The guest is responsible for ensuring the security and state of the property and its contents during the stay. This includes locking all doors to the property during outings and on departure. The guest will also be liable for, and must promptly notify the agent of, damage in the property other than from fair wear and tear including damage from accidents and excessive mess. Keys and swipe cards may be left in the dining room on departure. Failure to return either access card will incur a $150 fee for its replacement.
Cleaning
The property will be clean on arrival and will be cleaned on departure. Excessive dirt and stains must be cleaned up promptly by the guest.
Charges for Excessive Use of Electricity
An allowance of 12kWh/day is made for electricity, which has been sufficient for most guests (at $0.274/kWh this produces a quarterly bill of approximately $300). The power meter will be read before and after the guests' stay. The agent reserves the right to charge for usage exceeding the allowance at $0.30/kWh.
Rubbish Bins are located on level B1, near the lift.
Linen Fresh linen will be provided at the start of the stay.
Pets: No pets are allowed in the property without payment.

The closeness of the apartment to Olympic Park was great, however Uber drivers struggled to find the apartment due to the street not being on their maps. Each night we got back to the apartment there were cockroaches in the kitchen. Eugene was easy to deal with.

Good place, plenty of room. Ubers may have difficulty picking you up, so head down the road a bit first. Other than that, would recommend!

Cleanliness was appalling - looked like it was not cleaned well at all - no toilet paper, cockroaches, grime and oil in kitchen. Was told 3 bedrooms - ONLY 2 and 1 queen bed in 2nd floor foyer - basically walk straight into it with no privacy. Lounge room very crammed with a lounge upright against wall taking up space and useless as could not put down to use with existing crammed lounges/chairs. Not what expected and not as perceived by pictures..

Great accomodation and great value for money located in a great area....only drawback being the building the accomodation is in itself it was often smelly and had a distinct stench on every floor mainly coming from ground and basement levels
