Fur babies are welcome, a small pet deposit may be collected. Pets are not allowed to be locked in the condo while you are out all day, simply because they are looking for you, in new surroundings and bark. Or try to scratch their way out! They just love and miss you. We can however, recommend some great pet sitters and doggie daycare, so no worries.
Please be aware that you are staying in our second home. This is not a hotel and we appreciate your cleanliness.
We do have an alarm and security cameras on the exterior. You will be provided a security code for the alarm that will work for the duration of your stay; should you request one.
Before you leave: Please remove all trash from condo and place in dumpster in parking lot. Leave keys in lockbox on the door when you check out. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m..
Please be respectful with tv volume etc. we have some great neighbors.
Just take care of it and use common sense!
It gets warm here, as you know. We have AC but when you are gone, please leave it at 80f, it will cool quickly upon your return. The air conditioner may not be used when the outside temp is cooler than what you are setting the thermostat to. Meaning: Tonight it will be 64f and you have the ac running at 70, it will freeze and burn out the unit. Please be respectful of how fortunate we are to have such resources, close the shutters, blinds etc. We have had guests put the AC as low as it can go and then leave, with windows open. As you may have guessed, that was a costly mistake. We are laid back and friendly but expect you to treat this as you would your own home.
If you break something or something happens, just let us know! We understand things happen but we always want to fix them so things are as nice as possible for every guest!
Avid outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy running, hiking, cycling, swimming or any kind of new adventure in the great outdoors. I am currently working on my Commercial Pilot's License in my spare time. I am a Pastry Chef by trade, a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona and come from a background finance. All over the map, literally. I am always looking forward to the next adventure. I live in the Foothills area of Tucson and love the weather and the healthy lifestyle living here affords me. Drop me a note and say hello! I have made some great friends and met some beautiful people from all over the world; both as a host, as well as, traveling via Airbnb. It's a beautiful experience if embraced and respected.
