The room has recently been renovated, it is a double of 20 m2, it has a large built-in wardrobe as you enter, an independent and private bathroom, a chest of drawers on which you will find clean towels, 1 window, air conditioning, heating, LED TV.

- Check ins start from 1pm to 6pm
- For arrivals after 6pm until 10pm the extra cost is €20.00
- For arrivals from 10pm to midnight 00.00 the extra cost is €30.00
- For arrivals after midnight 00.00 the cost is €50.00
- If you need luggage storage upon departure, the cost for storage is €10.00

The room has its own independent entrance and its own private bathroom!!

The suite is equipped with a welcoming private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink with cabinet where you will find the hairdryer, hand soap and shower. It has an independent entrance and the entire building is under video surveillance!
To get to the accommodation you have to climb 6 low steps to get to the lift. Go up with the elevator.
Your arrival before 2pm or after 10pm has an extra cost of €20.
Late check out (10am) costs €20
For check ins after 10pm the extra cost is €30.00

If you need to leave your luggage after check out, let me know and maybe it will be possible but with an extra cost of €10.

Il quartiere in cui si trova l'alloggio è il Sallustiano, nel I municipio. È un quartiere di uffici, ministeri ed ambasciate. Durante il giorno si riempie di auto e persone, dal pomeriggio comincia a svuotarsi fino a diventare un quartiere residenziale... molti parcheggi a disposizione e niente traffico. In prossimità dell'alloggio si trovano: supermercato aperto 7/7 dalle 8 alle 22, farmacie, bancomat, tabaccai, giornalaio, frutteria, gastronomia, ristoranti, pizzerie e bar. Oltre ad avere la Stazione Termini a 10 minuti a piedi crocevia di treni, metro, autobus e taxi, a 2 minuti c'è piazza della Repubblica con il cinema multisala, ristoranti e la commercialissima via Nazionale.
