Just a short 4 minute stroll to the beach, this north facing light-filled townhouse is perfect for a family of up to 6, a couple on a getaway or a great space if you're working in the area. Great in summer or winter, with gas log heater and all the amenities you need.

- We ask all potential quests to complete your Airbnb profile, including at least one passport or drivers license upload as one of your online and offline verification, some information about yourself, where you call home and at least one recongnisable profile photograph.
-This is a smoke free house, please no smoking on premises.
-Ladies please don't use the towels to remove makeup, there are face wipes provided located in the main bathroom.
-If you use the BBQ please wipe down after use with the BBQ wipes provided for the next guests to enjoy.
-For stays longer than 7 days, a complete new set of linen and towels can be supplied upon request. Should you require them to be changed more often, there will be a $30 charge for each complete change.
- Please be aware that this is a quiet neighbourhood and we ask you to respect that we need it to be quiet after 11pm.
