Located in the very heart of the city, this traditional flat always charms the visitors with its superb view over the Seine and the overlooking Sacré Coeur. It has a family vibe to it even though it is now shared among friends.
This is a traditional flat, meaning it is full of charm but also old. The absence of renovation makes it authentic. It is a place where you feel at home, amongst antiques, and where you enjoy the close beauty of the finest area of Paris and the proximity of the Musée d'Orsay with its incomparable collections.
You will have your own bedroom. There are two shared bathrooms, one right next to your room (incl. toilets). There are 3 other bedrooms occupied by the persons who live permanently in the flat. This is a shared flat, meaning everyone has his own rhythm of life and privacy needs. You will be completely independent. The kitchen and living room, are reserved to the tenants but you are, of course, welcome to use the kitchen if you need a glass of water or a cup of coffee.
The deposit is just a measure of safety for us so that you don't forget to give us the key back, otherwise we would have to change our whole lock system.
Please do no smoke inside the room, there is a small balcony with a perfect view for that.
We will arrange the check-in and check-out times to make it suitable for all of us.
I will be able to assist you in your visit, if you need. I've been living here for 10 years and know my way around town. If you need suggestions for a place to eat, a bar to get drinks, or a club to dance, I will be happy to give you my personal tips.
