This property called Vancouver Heights in Burnaby has outstanding views of the city and harbor (Stanley Park, Vancouver Coal Harbour, North shore Mountains, Burrard Inlet, Cascade mountains). It's a 15 minute drive to the base of Grouse and Seymour Mountains, and Capilano Suspension Bridge, 15- 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver and 3 minutes to the Sea to Sky Highway entrance leading directly to Whistler and Horseshoe Bay ferries. The neighborhood is known for its wonderful delis, coffee shops, and restaurants of every ethnicity. There's a marine park below the property with miles of jogging trails extending along the waterfront to Vancouver going west and Burnaby Mountain to the east. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive to the entrance of Simon Fraser University and less than 3 to Eileen Dailly indoor pool and gym, new Brighton outdoor pool, Confederation park with outdoor running track and a ride-able miniature railway, PNE Playland (April - October), and Hastings Park Horse Racing Track with the most beautiful mountain backdrop setting! The rental is 2200 sq feet on two floors. The main floor is an open concept space with dining room (table seats 10+), living room, fully equipped kitchen with covered outdoor deck off the kitchen (BBQ, more seating). The hallway leads to a large bathroom with walk in shower, a bedroom with Queen sized bed, a hall closet with stacked washer/dryer, and a den with a large screen TV and a 10 foot couch (very
comfortable for sleeping on if needed for a 7th person).
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with soaker-tub and separate shower and the most amazing views from every room.
Public transit is a 3-5 minute walk from the property.
Do you have young children? We're equipped! High chair,
Pack n' Play, changing table, etc.
At the back of the house under the living-room, dining-
room, my husband and I have a suite. We park in the back,
come and go through the back into our own entrance - there
is no shared entrance into the house with guests. We are completely separate. Our guests don't 'see' us unless they need something.

We have some minimum stays but if there are 2 or 3 days between longer stays we will try to accommodate them where possible.
Entertaining is great but if planning to have more than 10 people including yourselves, you need to get approval from us first. Not appropriate for parties.
Non-smoking, no pets property.
No damage beyond normal wear and tear on the house.
When you're getting ready to leave, place garbage in receptacles provided, dishes in the dishwasher, towels piled in shower or bath.
Linens? No need to strip beds or wash linens - just none lost or damaged.
