The third bedroom is situated in the east wing of the house and features a sliding door entrance to the patio and pool area and welcomes the mountain views. Additional windows peer out to a private garden. A king bed with white duvet and green rattan headboard sets against bright lemon-patterned wallpaper, and a large wool rug covers the polished concrete floor. A 32" LED TV is wall mounted. There is a small closet and private entrance to the shared third bathroom which brings a smile with lemon yellow, octagonal floor and vanity tile, an oval white mirror illuminated by retro-lighting fixtures and a floor-to-ceiling glass and tile stall shower.
Bedroom No. 4 features a tubular, aqua double bed frame with matching nightstands set against a whimsical "Flamingo" patterned wallpaper. A single mattress slides out to provide an extra bed for a child.

Occupancy is limited to maximum of seven adults, eight total persons including children. All guests must be registered with manager. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, inside home and at pool; there is no lifeguard at this private pool. No suntan oil in pool/spa! Non swimmers must wear lifesaving vest in pool. One small pet is allowed only with prior authorization and with restrictions; fee applies. Each Adult Guest will sign a registration agreement upon arrival, agreeing to property and Cit of P.S. rules. One car may park in garage and one in driveway; street parking limited to 2 cars. We booked this house at the very last minute and loved it from the moment we arrived. The pool area was perfect and our three children spent many hours going between the large pool and jacuzzi. The house worked really well for our needs and had a great layout. We really liked the updated mid century vibe with good quality fixtures and fittings. My husband had bought a few records and appreciated the record player. Location was great. Ginny was very helpful and quick to respond to any minor queries. We live in the UK but wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever manage to make it back to Palm Springs.

The pool is great - as it the location. At $900 (including cleaning fees, taxes, etc.) per night, the house is significantly overpriced. The photos make it look larger than it is and the check in process is inconvenient (much may have to do with the recent anti-AirBnB policies in Palm Springs - they want to keep us riff raff out).

Sorry you felt this newly-renovated house in the most desirable location in the City was not worth the price you paid, and I am sorry you feel the City considers you to be 'riff raff.' It is frightening to me to think visitors to our beautiful City feel this way. The neighborhoods have exploded overnight with vacation rentals, some poorly managed, which has caused growing pains and a backlash by residents. City officials are working hard to find a fair balance. Owners who buy in multi-million dollar neighborhoods like this are now restricted on how many rental contracts they can have in a year which is financially painful and may cause them to re-think offering their homes to renters at all. Good guests like you are treated the same as the troublemakers, which is grossly unfair, but we hope the new rules will work and vacation rentals will be allowed to continue in Palm Springs. We are required to meet you face to face and have each member of your party sign the contract, or the owners risk losing their permit. I'm afraid this is the new normal if we want to have a future welcoming vacation renters to Palm Springs. Have a great summer. Ginny

The house was great. Indoor outdoor living environment with lovely poured concrete floors which were easy for pool life and kept the house cool. Totally comfortable.

We have rented a few homes in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood - all have their respective charms; the size of the property and the layout was perfect for a getaway with a few small children that only wanted to stay in the pool from breakfast to dinner. Secluded due to the high, lush garden walls, the pool area was the heart of the property and with very spacious free flowing indoor-outdoor vibe, we constantly alternated in and out without much thought or worry of not being a few steps away from the kids. The house was well supplied in terms of the necessities needed to rolled up and enjoy the property. Bedrooms and baths were comfortable and clean. Finally, of all the homes we have rented in this area - this one was the best location. A single block was to the main street with all shops and restaurants. Walking to get coffee in the morning was easy enough. We would definitely recommend!

Ginny was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. House is as described and as photographed. Kitchen is well equipped but not stocked so if you plan on cooking, bring your own oils, spices etc and plan to use excellent pots, pans and knives. House is very well located and charming. Clean and comfortable. Thank you.

We regret our forced cancellation but the owner of the property is selling his home and our management will end on 01/03/16. If the new property owners choose to rent with us, we will re-list the property with Airbnb, but we have no way of knowing what will happen.
