The condo is located only 35 minutes South of the Cancun Airport and 5 minutes from the central town of Playa Del Carmen with its amazing restaurants, nightlife and world famous 5th Avenue.
The fully furnished condo offers you many wonderful features including a secure gated environment with 24 hr guard gate and security, tennis courts, private ground level garden with plunge pool, direct access to the Nick Price professional Golf Club House with its own driving range, soccer field, pool, gym, restaurants and spa services. In addition to the Golf Club guests have access to our amazing full service Beach Club located a few minutes from the condo on the pristine sands and sparkling waters of the Riviera Maya. The Beach Club offers private chairs and cabanas, a full service restaurant with beach service, an infinity edge pool and kids wading pool as well as private dining areas for special events.
Both elegantly appointed and spacious master suites are fully furnished and have walk-in closets with plenty of storage space, private showers and bathrooms and double sink vanities and all needed linens and towels. There is also a guest safe, hair dryer and magnifying makeup mirror. One suite has a large king size bed, while the other suite has two twin size beds.
The unit also has independent air conditioner settings for each room providing the utmost in comfort. The fully stocked kitchen has all the latest appliances including fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer and washer/dryer.
The private garden terrace leads out to a private plunge pool, chaise lounges and dining table and chairs. The patio also provides easy access to the golf course and Golf Club House.
The condo also has an amazing roof top deck with a pool, children's wading pool, showers, comfortable sunbeds, and barbeque facilities. The views from the roof are spectacular to the Caribbean Sea on the horizon, and the Golf Course and soccer court alongside the Golf Club.
We are also pleased to provide all renters on-site 24 hour property management and maintenance services including private welcome and introduction, optional shopping or concierge services and local cell phone. Guest have full access to the condo common areas including rooftop solarium and pool and bbq area. In addition, guest have access to the golf clubhouse and pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna.

Our responsibility throuhgout your stay is to provide the property and all amenities in good working condition, be available to answer questions and concerns and supervise maintenance, as well as strive to solve any property maintenance problems as soon as possible after being notified. We will do our best to make your stay in our property as enjoyable as possible and make sure you come back to visit us again and again. However, no refund or rate adjustment will be made for unforeseen failures to appliances or any of the property operating features. It is the guest's obligation to report any problems or damage immediately to us.
As part of the booking process, and after accepting your reservation, you are required to sign our rental form (in English or Spanish), outlining our terms and conditions, and confirming the name of every guest about to occupy the property, and that you have fully understood our rental policies and house rules.
Check in is after 15H00 OR 3 PM – Check out: before 11H30AM . We can accommodate you if you require an earlier check in due to flight arrangements. A penalty of $50 applies for late check out (after 10h30AM) without prior notice.
Maid service is ONLY included for reservations of 7 nights and over (1 maid service). Outsiders (or friends staying at other properties) are not allowed to stay overnight. Bachelor or bachelorette parties are STRICTLY prohibited inside the property.
The complex is an exclusive residential area. All guests are to maintain a respectful behavior around the common area, and avoid any activities causing disturbance or complaints from the neighbors.
Bath and beach towels are provided on site. Bath Towels are not to be used as beach towels. Drinking water will provided throughout your stay, and we need to be notified as soon as it runs out.If you drive to the property, kindly ensure your car is parked on your dedicated parking space.
Help us keep maintain our affordable rates: Water and electricity are the two most valuable and expensive commodities in town. Save water and electricity and be environmentally friendly, by turning off the air conditionning and the lights when you are not using the bedrooms, and when absent from the unit.
Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited inside the unit. PETS are STRICTLY prohibited inside the unit. Evidence of smoke within the unit or presence of a Pet will incur an immediate loss of your security deposit.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate by your neighbors, us, or security staff, including excessive noise, parties, throwing items from the balconies, destructing partially the property, or any behavior resulting in complaints from other tenants within the building may result in eviction, and in legal cases, notification of the authorities. In such cases, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
We will not be held responsible for any cases of theft or replacement of stolen valuables from the unit during your stay. Therefore, you need to acknoledge you will be the sole responsible for the unit, and keep the entrance door closed and locked, as well as the balcony doors closed and locked while absent.
