Our greatest resource is that we are available personally and via text and cellphone. We been in Asheville over 35 years and we know the best restaurants, features, shopping, and entertainment. We are experts in our knowledge of WNC outdoor activities: hiking, running, road biking, mountain biking. We know the peak places and can direct and facilitate your adventure!
Our state-maintained road is 1.9 miles from Beaverdam Rd., and it is curvy but an easy drive. The concrete driveway to our home is in a hairpin curve, under a streetlight, and is straight/steeply up. There's a mailbox with our number, and a large stone marker with three 'R's'.
Enjoy our oasis like it's your home away from home, but please be respectful
of our property, and treat it accordingly.
I and my wife are longtime residents of Asheville who moved here to enjoy the mountains and all that Asheville offers. I've maintained a chiropractic practice here and am now slowly disengaging to have more time to travel and enjoy the area, particularly long distance biking and hiking. My wife owns a well regarded women's consignment store in North Asheville, minutes from downtown. We know the area WELL and can enthusiastically share our "secret" special places with you. Just ask! A big plus we can talk about (if interested) is I can offer guided bike/hike tours for all levels, bikes and helmets provided.
