You enter through a hallway anduluz style, full of lamps and plants. You enter the apartment through a patio with brick floor and plants, which give every room in the house. It has a bedroom on the ground floor and one on mezzanine, a spacious living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Its ceilings are high. It is very nice enjoy the patio for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or just for reading.
San Telmo is one of the oldest neighborhood of Buenos Aires, preserving old buildings and street layouts famous for their charm. It is an area of cafés, antique shops, cobblestone alleys, filled on weekends with artists and dancers, and many tourists.
The apartment is very close to several public transportation and within a walking distance to many to many touristic attractions like Casa Rosada, Avenida de Mayo, Puerto Madero or the nearby parks!
It is really very safe: a walk alone during the nights returning from Milongas where I dance tango.
Tenants should conduct themselves in a manner that doesn’t unreasonably disturb other tenants or neighbors.
Parties in the apartment are strictly forbidden, since they that produce noise that disturb others in the building.
The trash needs to be disposed daily. You will find a trash on the street. Garbage should be wrapped securely, preferably in plastic bags, before placing it in the garbage cans.
Soy Tino, at very young age I created a web guide of San Telmo neighbour, being now the top web reference of the city. I am still programming but my passion is the tourism .
