Our AirBnB is located in a central location to Westerly and Watch Hill Beaches, URI, Newport and CT Casinos. Located with easy access to 95 N and South.

Hosts live upstairs. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. We only offer the larger one with a queen bed. The neighborhood is very safe. There is a park across the street. We have a small grocery and restaurant within walking distance. Our apartment has two satellite TVs with premium channels. All utilities are included! We require $1000 as damage deposit. We prefer to rent month to month. We are 20 min to Westerly Hospital and URI, 30 min to South County and Kent Hospitals and 45 to Providence.
