The Cozy Place

This beautiful, cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from I-80. It has a large fenced backyard, great for letting 4-legged companions stretch their legs. It is visited often by the local wildlife. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and pull out sofa. Each bedroom has a queen bed and 42" Smart TV. It has an oversize bath and shower with heated floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The backyard has a 15' trampoline and swing.

This is a one bedroom apartment in an 8-unit apartment building near downtown. This is a fully-furnished unit with wifi and a tv, but no cable. You can use your own streaming accounts while here, but make sure to sign out before you leave. We provide a window AC and fan in the summer and have in-wall heat for winter months. The building is really old, but has been refinished. The "yard" is unmanicured and is shared with all guests/tenants. The apartment itself is very comfortable.

Ferris Mansion je George Barber dizajn #129 iz modernog stambenog kataloga izgradio George i Julia Ferris. Pedantna restauracija ovog dragulja započela je 1978. godine nakon što je pretvoren u stanove i zapušten mnogo godina. Moja obitelj posjeduje i voli ovaj dom već 42 godine. Zatvorio sam B & B prije 4 godine, više ne čine doručak.
