Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests in Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.

The Guest Suite is a very private space that is detached from our primary home. It has a separate, private entrance. The entrance is through the yard in the back of the house. There is room for parking in the driveway. With a private bath and separate heating and cooling this space is perfect for someone to stay and feel like they have their own space. The Guest Suite is located one mile from Hobart Arena and also one mile from I-75.
