Our Italian dream home is part of the "Duke's Palazzo" and is less than 20 metres from amenities. It is at the top of a lovely village, overlooking the main square, with sea views too. It is over 400 years old and has many orginal features: old tiles and barrel ceilings. We added a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom. It is less than 30mins from a serviced beach. Part of an ancient community, it retains an authentic Italian feel. Come and enjoy the "old Italy" where life is simple.

This is an old bakery in the small village of Palata. House has been restored using local craftsmen who handbuilt the new kitchen and bedroom furniture. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge, reception, bathroom and kitchen/diner. The house is in the centre of the old town, 2 minutes walk from local restaurant, bars, bakery and grocery store. Parking is easy and unrestricted outside of the house. The house also has a reserve water tank.
