Located just 5 minutes from the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton, 10 minutes from Sidmouth, 20 minutes from Exmouth and 30 minutes from Exeter and the M5 motorway, you will have endless spots to explore. In the other direction is the easily accessible coast path with cliff walks to Exmouth and Sidmouth. The (walkable) beach is Ladram Bay, a Holiday Park.

Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining.
