Nested in the heart of Broumana pine nature, this unique house is 4 min drive / 20 min walking from Broumana villa, the famous outdoor food court and beside the bars street. The house location is characterized by its privacy with a private gated entrance. We installed a solar system to provide power 24 hours and for 1 unit of A/C during the night cuts between 12am and 6am. However the A/C is usually not needed due to the house altitude and its facades (traditional stone).
