Common areas are living room, dining room, and kitchen. Most use outdoor grills and eat at multiple outdoor locations. Property has a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, wild life, and two 18 hole disc golf courses.

Two bedroom, queen in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, and couch in living room with a full. Like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer and dryer. 145 acres and a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the main house doesn't fit your needs.
