Enjoy a fully fenced back yard, private dock, boat ramp access, covered back porch, single garage all on 3/4 acres. We provide a canoe & fishing equipment for all to use, including fish cleaning station. Please note this is not a lake you can swim in. On site grill to cook what you catch! Relax in this 3 br 2bath with office and screened in patio at this peaceful place on the lake where you can fish from the backyard or bring your boat. It is not a swimming lake! It is close to Interstate 40 just off hwy 365. There is a public boat ramp across the cove a block over. A few games are provided for family fun. Plus Netflix! It is 25 minutes from Little Rock. Its a pet friendly place but please clean up after your pet otherwise there may be a cleaning charge added.

The Reel Paradise has plenty of space on this 1-acre lake property. Enjoy spending time at this cozy home while staying in or near Little Rock & Conway. This home has great large spacious bedrooms & 2 full baths. Great outdoor space that includes a screened patio, BBQ pit, outside eating area, and a fire pit. You can also enjoy crappie or bass fishing off the bank or on the fishing dock. Extremely close to the I-40 exit in Mayflower.
