Ours is an elegant 1 BHK apartment with a big balcony, entirely furnished with all the modern amenities like a washing machine, air fryer, high-speed wifi, etc. Its located in the heart of Sawantwadi City amidst prominent like Moti Lake, Rajwada, Wooden Toys, Market, etc. ( all just a few steps away). Please note the apartment has a lift/elevator and p.arking is on a first one first basis. Although the lane is busting with local food stalls, the building is peaceful and safe.
