The Desert Ark LLC is a unique stay for nature lovers and adventurers. This private studio has a sleeping loft & downstairs Murphy bed with skylights, laundry, kitchenette, grill & private half bath. There is a seasonal outdoor shower (not functioning in the winter) and a guest shower in the main house through the office. We are a remote, working art studio near the Ojito Wilderness, Jemez Springs, and San Ysidro Bike Trials, yet still very close to town for shopping, dining, and activities.

We live on a hill from which we have a great view of the Sandia Mountains and Albuquerque in the valley with the Rio Grande cutting through. We are also very close to the Boca Negra petroglyphs. Balloonists are welcome! We are close to shops and restaurants. In the back yard we have a net to play "pickle ball". Bats and balls are in the green provision box by the net.
