We are five minutes walk from the sea front two minutes from the shops this is a ground floor flat which has it's own front door it has a lovely rear garden that lights up at night with conservatory we are on call all the time if you need use as we live upstairs no problem parking at front of flat the grounds have cctv for your peace of mind the flat has all home comforts supper king size bed kitchen is fully kitted out bathroom has bath with over bath shower we have a ramp if needed no pets
